Shipping Info for Individuals & Dealers
Individual Customer Orders
Shipping costs for individual buyers are included FREE with all Pedal Pad Pedal Board orders shipping to the lower 48 U.S. States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO or APO addresses, please contact us for shipping rates prior to ordering.
International Customer Orders
For International orders, please contact us for shipping rates prior to ordering to avoid any confusion. We will send you a shipping quote and a Paypal invoice if you agree to the ship cost and you can then pay by credit card if you are not a Paypal member, or you can pay with an existing Paypal account.
Also, all International orders are sent by USPS Postal Service (unless otherwise specified by the customer) either by Priority Mail International, Express Mail, or Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) depending on which option you select and are normally shipped within 5-7 business days or less, depending on how fast it can be taken to the nearest post office since our normal US delivery is by UPS daily pickup. We use USPS because it is typically approximately one third the cost of sending by UPS, Federal Express or DHL.
Dealer Orders
Shipping costs will be calculated on weight at standard UPS daily pickup rates and may be slighly different from what the shipping calculator since onlin UPS rates are calculated by weight and this is not always how we are able to ship due to Pedal Board sizes. Pedal Boards are usually shipped separately. Also, we offer direct drop shipping to your customers for a small charge.
NOTE: Shipping is not Free to dealers on any item(s) since they are already receiving a volume pricing.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return it in it's original new condition along with all original packing materials for a full refund to the ship address on the original container. Items received that are not in factory fresh condition with all original packing materials will incur a 25% re-stocking fee subtracted from the refund.
IMPORTANT: All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Please contact us in advance of returning the item(s) to receive a return authorization number
